So this comes from experience of playing the pc version and from the mouth of the top players on console.
DO NOT DO REBOUND. it doesnt matter thats its 4x exp its not worth it.
Your best bet is 8 player team deathmatch 600hp, team shot or all shot depending on speed.
also dont quit out. every little exp will add up. this is a grind but you will easily get 50-60exp a game provided you hit your shots.
as a side note, ensure you get all challenges done asap. this will help in the long term.
EDIT: the original exp gain was under, you can get 50-60 when you die first but can easily get 100xp not including bonus

Is there any reason to believe this is broken? Or is it just an insane grind nobody has undertaken?
How about the Ultimate Champion achievement also with zero unlocks?

It's an insane grind, for both, I know of 2 people that are level 100, just not on ta.
