How to unlock the What's It Worth? achievement in Shenmue - Definitive Guide
This is missable.
This achievement will unlock after finding the Phoenix Mirror in the Hazuki Basement (story related).
You must show it to the old man in the Bunkado antique shop in Dabouita (the place where you can buy scrolls not far from Tom's hot dogs truck) and to Xia Xiu Yu in the Russiya China Shop (where you bring the chinese letter earlier in the game).

Many achievements are a little glitched and need multiple tries to be unlocked ! :/

Missable trophy. When you get the phoenix mirror you can take it to the two antique shops. The first is next to the fortune teller and the second is on the main street where you may have bought moves from near the Tomato store.
GLITCHED and MISSABLE
SAVE BEFORE ATTEMPTING THIS! Take the mirror to Bunkado Antiques and Russiya China Shop to have it appraised. A short cutscene should play as soon as you enter each story. Once you visit the 2nd store, the trophy should unlock. If it does not, reload your save and try again. For me the trophy unlocked during the 2nd cutscene, not immediately upon entering the 2nd shop. See the map below for the exact locations to visit. After getting this trophy, take the mirror back to Master Chen in Warehouse 8.

When you find the Phoenix Mirror, do not go straight to the port, first go to the antique shops. In one they translated a letter for you, in the second they gave you the coat of arms of the Hazuki family
