Investigation " The Song of the Siren " , eavesdrop on the sailors near the Walking Dutchman tavern. When you enter the Walking Dutchman Tavern and talk to the bartender, he will tell you about a third location that is optional to visit, while your main goal is to climb the stairs and find further clues.
