Sherlock Holmes Chapter One

This achievement is missable, and is earned in the side case 'Eel Hunting'. You can accept it from the desk lady in the Cordona Chronicle. This case is missable, as it is not required for mandatory story progression. Do this case before the point of no return, else you'll have to reload an older save to do them.

For this achievement, you need to successfully complete the case, by entering the correct one of the 3 warehouses first time, and arresting You can skip the initial fight, but you are forced to fight this target and arrest them. Not that If you enter the incorrect warehouse, you will complete the case but void this achievement. You must enter the right warehouse first time

For me, the target was at Warehouse 2, as was a YouTube guide I watched, so I don't believe its random. However, I'm not sure if you can skip all investigation or not to get there (if anyone can confirm, that would be awesome). Either way, the case is pretty short, and the below video is a great reference if you're so inclined (credit to 'Cheapskate or Die')
