How to unlock the Domino Effect achievement in Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter - Definitive Guide
After you have helped all the victims in the accident in the ‘Chain Reaction’ case, you will need to investigate and collect 13 elements of the accident and, from those, piece together the order of events. Speak to the two policemen questioning a witness to begin.
The 13 Elements you need to discover are (clockwise from policemen and Watson):
- Bunting (flags) lying in the street
- Cab next to the scaffold (counts as 2 for some reason)
- Overturned Phaeton carriage next to burning lamp shop
- Cab next to the burning lamp shop
- Dead horse inside the burning lamp shop
- Jaunting car OR man standing in front of the jaunting car
- Toppled over wardrobes
- Pumpkin sprung cart OR man standing in front of the sprung cart
- Technical cab with the dead driver (next to the electricity)
- The electric lamppost (deactivate electricity)
- Carriage struck by the scaffolding
- Scaffolding mechanism (order: pumpkin, balk, lifting mechanism, counterweight, platform)
Once you have found all 13 elements, you need to piece together the order in which they occurred. Press to view a map of the accident. Press so it reads ‘Present Time’ at the top (you are actually in the ‘Past Time’ before the accident happened). Using the image below, assign each element with a number to determine the order of events. After watching the sequence and exiting the map, the achievement will unlock.
This achievement starts at [10:25] in the case walkthrough video in “Disaster Strikes.”
