Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter

Immediately following your meeting with Mary Sutherland in the ‘Infamy’ case, sitting in your room, you will be startled by a loud noise and Toby’s barking in the main room of your apartment. Investigating the source of the noise you will discover that something has been thrown through your window; a metal cylinder. When you focus on it, you will hear that the cylinder is ticking.

Press to unscrew the cover and ‘Examine’ it. It will reveal wires connected to the cover. Select ‘Bend Aside’ then press on the bomb itself to slide it out of the cylinder (if you select ‘Move Away’ at any time, the bomb will detonate and reload the scene). After identifying the parts of the bomb (if you’re inclined to do so), move the cursor to the wire cutters and press to pick them up.

There are 11 wires to cut. Using the image below, cut the wires in the correct sequence to diffuse the bomb. If you cut the wrong wire, the bomb will detonate, the game will reload and you will start back before picking up the wire cutters. The achievement will unlock when you’ve successfully cut all 11 wires.
