There is a trader in the beginning of the Secret Rift Dungeon that has these shoes. They cost 45,000 Uzu so not too pricey.

The dungeon is located in the Rosalya door in the Forest of Meonis near Meos' Dungeon.

Buy them and the achievement is yours.

The Hunting Shoes are sold by a merchant in the Sister of Secrets hidden dungeon. See the "Compromising drawings" achievement for more info on this dungeon.
