A Force ability is an MP-draining command, either magical or physical, that is mapped to your L1 spread of buttons. This doesn't take any stamina and is, instead, a good idea to stack commands to keep a relentless barrage of attacks on the enemy. I do believe it counts the ones used by your party members, too, so having them Act Freely or simply having Kirika use Heal would help out there too.

Force abilities are used by pressing 
and then any of the face buttons. You can change which skills you have equipped in the game menu. Use any 100 of these abilities, with any character, to unlock the achievement.
