This achievement is very simple. Find a map with a carrocket launcher (I used the launcher that spawns under the house across from the volcano on "Oceanside".) Pick it up and look at the ground. While looking at the ground, jump and shoot it. If done correctly, you should get launched into the air and earn an easy 5g.
