You can create a game with all Bots and get this done easy. Create a game with max players 4 (it helps to have a team mate). Immediately run to side of enemy pig and try to kill one opponent at least. Get on the pig and your bot friend will follow you to success. Sometimes a bot might try to chase you and hit you with the shovel. Easily avoided with a little strafing.
