Moolotov's can be found in Westside , and are obtainable by going to the purple glowing cows and milking them.
Throw them at the ground besides a player and they will get set on fire and die.
You have to get 150 kills with them , not just in one game, so I recommend making a Free-For-All game (with bots) and just keep collecting and killing people with them.
