The achievement pop out only on matchmaking since update 1.6.3 it is not possible to obtain achievements from a private game (with bots)
*You must shoot a horse on the Westside/Riverside map and make sure you stand behind it so it’s back legs of the horse can hit you/another player and it’ll pop as your respawning*.

this popped for me in a private versus match first try

Wrong map it’s actually in Westside/riverside also when you shoot the horse make sure you stand behind it so it’s back legs can hit you and it’ll pop as your respawning. might want to update this solution :)
