You will need two cards for this achievement - the "King's Shoulders" and the "Iron Maiden." You can get this on any rank.
King's Shoulders (Black card) - Once per floor, you can grab a nearby piece and throw it in any direction.
Iron Maiden (White card) - Queen -2 speed. Queens can't die.
You simply have to pick up a Queen and throw her off of the board to kill her. I recommend cleaning up any other pieces first and then have the Queen move to a square right beside you. Pick her up with
and aim off the board and throw with 
. You can throw the Queen fully across the board so do not worry where you throw from. Just do not hit another piece in the thrown path.
