You will need two cards for this achievement - the "King's Shoulders" and the "Castle."
King's Shoulders (Black Card) - Once per floor lift a non-king piece on your path without ending your turn.
Castle (White Card) - King swaps position with a rook whenever he would take damage.
Once you obtain both of these, pick up any non-king piece and throw it at the king. As long as there is a rook on the board, he will swap positions for this achievement.
I recommend playing on Throne Rank 3 as it introduces a guaranteed rook so you don't have to rely on getting three black cards (one for a rook, and the two required ones).
