Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment

Red Skulls are Specter of Torment's collectibles and are used as a currency for purchasing curios from Red, the red skeleton in the lower, centre room of the Tower. There are 10 skulls in each stage, except the final two stages. The second last stage has 5 and the final stage only has 2. There are also 3 Red Skulls in the Tower hub area. Once you have purchased all of the curios, Red will give you 500 gold for each additional Red Skull you bring him.

Once you give all 100 Red Skulls to Red, the trophy/Feat will unlock and he will give you the Donovan Set armor and the Caltrops curio that you acquired during the flashback scenarios but neither of these are needed for Spec'd Out.
