Just some tips not really a guide.
To make life a lot easier it's probably best to start your NG+ on a profile where you have already maxed out all the different arcana and powders (mainly so your health will already be maxed out and you'll have the berserker and leech arcana/component powder etc).
The leech arcana is your best friend for regaining lost health during levels and more specifically boss fights.
Your.health is halved in NG+ and checkpoints are fewer and farther between so you'll need to be familiar with all the levels and bosses and be able to hold your own when making it from checkpoint to checkpoint.
Use the jump, float burst and then jump combo to cut out some sections completely/ jump over some of the larger enemies.
Propeller knight is one of the harder boss fights. Personally I like to use leech arcana and standard powder.
My strategy is to double or triple jump use leech in the air and then float down aiming for the head. I also like to stay in one of the corners and shoot powder off the wall so it will drop down below and hit him when he is in the sword phase.
When he jumps in the air try to use leech then depending on how high he goes you can jump, float burst, jump right next to him and hit him at least 3 times and also keep jumping to hit him as he flies left and right (also avoiding the bombs)
Definitely better to hang out in the far corner, I like left.
Note* when to get hit you will be knocked back according to what way you are facing. So try to manipulate it so you'll get knocked back into the corner... You'll have better chances of a fluke landing and then can go straight into the triple jump/leech/wall shot strategy ; Good luck

i never used leech or berserker so i can offer a viable alternative to anyone having trouble with this.
for almost all the bosses use burst float , vat arcana and bomb normal,sentry fuse with standard explosion is my setup
tbh float and vat combined is gamebreaking for most bosses except shovel night and end game bosses.
the trick is simple charge your burst , then double jump and use burst float at max height use vat then wait about a second (waiting is important as it allows your arcana more time to start recharging.) after using vat and waiting start recharging your burst again then repeat everything.
double jump, burst float , vat , wait a moment and recharge burst , double jump , burst float , vat , wait a monent ad naseum. any time you are falling spam your bombs EVEN if you are not throwing anything , this will considerable slow your decent as you vat recharges.
since were using sentry bombs they will hit the target as theyre moving around
using this technique assuming there is not ceiling one can stay off screen on top almost all the time. spectre knight, propeller knight, mole knight, the king guy and clockwork knight can be easily beaten with one or two hits.
propeller knight is actually the easiest by staying in the middle doing this his bombs falling cant hit you at all only reason i get hit on propeller knight is to get the chicken during boss rush.
