To obtain this you'll need to USE all 3 of the ichors the Troupple King offers. Simply filling them into the chalice will not pop the achievement. If you only have one chalice you can stand still and just drink the ichor and immediately refill it with a new one.
The three ichors the Troupple King offers are below:
ICHOR OF RENEWAL: Refills all heath and magic
ICHOR OF BOLDNESS: Become invincible for 10 seconds
ICHOR OF FORTUNE: Absorb nearby treasure for 60 seconds
The Trouple King can be found in the Troupple Pond just east of the Pridemoor Keep.
