Fairly self explanatory, but here's the process nevertheless.
After you complete a level, plains included, you will return to the Tower. The screen will be faded and Specter Knight will be sitting there. Just don't hit any buttons until the achievement unlocks. This can easily be your first achievement in the Specter DLC.
