Simple. After you defeat the Black Knight, you'll have a dream sequence and then you'll wake up by a campfire. Just use your shovel to dig up the campfire like you'd dig up any other pile of dirt in the game. Once it's completely gone, this achievement will pop.

Its missable, i tried to replay the level and after fighting the Black Knight i was back on the map and not on the campfire. Maybe on new game+ its achieveable.

You go to the campfire after every level, and you only have to do this once. If you don't do it after the Black Knight, just do it after you defeat the next knight.
