How to unlock the Relic Roundtable achievement in Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove - Definitive Guide
Clearly, most of you would get the kills throughout the game and going for each of the specific relic kill achievements.
The full list you need a kill with are the following:
Flare Wand
Dust Knuckles
Alchemy Coin
War Horn
Throwing Anchor
Mobile Gear
Propeller Dagger
Chaos Sphere
Fishing Rod
Yes, you need to kill an enemy with the fishing rod. Easiest way to do this is to on a step higher than an enemy and lower it directly onto an enemy. I got it on the King Knight Level with one of the slow beetle enemies. It was the last weapon I need to use to get the achievement.
According to Danny Dubs 86, you also need a kill with the Phase Locket. How exactly this works, I'm not entirely sure based on the comment. It could be you need to have an enemy attack through you and did or you need to kill an enemy while you have the phase locket engaged. Not too hard either way.
If you don't find a relic on its specific level, you are able to purchase it from Chester later (at an increased price).

You also have to kill an enemy while using the Phase Locket. The achievement didn't pop for me until I did that.

The feat unlocked for me, but the achievement didn't! What can I do?

First off, I suggest going into options and switching your relic activation to Button mode so that you only have to tap to use relics rather than having to use the left thumbstick/d-pad and button combo. It makes the entire game much easier IMO.
There is a spot on the Pridemoor Keep stage that is fantastic for knocking out quite a few of these miscellaneous achievements. You'll reach a checkpoint with several of the flying enemies right at the checkpoint location. Using this spot, you can knock out multiple achievements. I suggest coming back after you've gotten all the relics so that you can use the Phase ability to group the enemies together better, then switch to the appropriate relic for each achievement. Leaving the checkpoint/enemies screen and re-entering it will respawn the enemies, and if you run out of magic you can simply commit suicide in the nearby pit to refill.
For Relic Roundtable, just use the checkpoint to cycle through each of your relics, getting a kill with each. You can even kill an enemy with the Fishing Rod provided you activate it when the enemy is right in front of you.
In the interest of creating as much of a one-stop-shop as possible, I've included 22 of the miscellaneous achievements in Shovel Knight in the video below. I wanted to include Knuckle Down as well, but the stage for that was already complete in my game and I haven't played back through again to unlock it. You can see Relic Roundtable and Super Sphere at the 19:19 mark.

The only exception is the Troupple Chalices. The easiest way to get this trophy is to defeat the very next enemy you come across with a newly acquired Relic. Alternately, you can go to one of the earlier stages like Pridemoor Keep, (my preferred stage), or the Plains where there are weak, slow moving enemies once you have all the Relics.
Here is a quick compilation video of each of the individual Relic trophies, including Relic Roundtable:
