For this achievement you can't use the Tonics. The tonics Are the bottles that increase your health Non permanently. This is quite the challenge early on, because you only have 4 health. So the longer you go the easier it get's. I recommend doing this achievement while getting, naked plague, and penny pincher, to save your self another playthrough.

I don't recommend doing it in new game plus. But if you want to you can.

I can confirm that you cannot get this achievement if you did take a tonic on the previous save the new game plus will not allow you to get the achievement

Is there anyway to just get rid of them, I've lost like 3 late runs on Iron Whale cause I keep switching my bombs and accidently drinking one.
