For this achievement you'll need to have the Troupple King fill up a chalice for you with one of his three ichors.
1 will restore your health and magic
1 will make you invincible for 10 seconds
1 will turn shovel knight into a magnet for treasure
In order to obtain a chalice you'll need to head into town and purchase one for 1500 gold. After that head to the map and go to the forest covered area in the northeast called TROUPPLE POND. Obviously you'll need to press up on the d pad to start his dialogue when you arrive.
Follow his prompts, choose an ichor, watch the ridiculous dance that takes way to long, and your achievement will pop when the chalice is filled.
