To discover secret levels, you need to get 100% in Destructible, Crystal, and Enemy categories in preceding levels. If you take your time and don't warp out of a level (using

Secret levels are unlocked by getting 100% collection for all (destroyables, crystals, and enemies). Keep getting 100% and level 11 should be your 3rd secret level, finish this and the achievement will pop.
