Shrek Forever After

The first chance to get this is by doing a puzzle you'll find during the swamp that requires moving rocks (it's incredibly easy) and after you make a path that you can move through, there's a heart shaped item that you can pickup, this will raise your total health by a single heart and you'll get the achievement.
