You can do this by yourself as long as you have a second controller.
When you reach the wooden see-saw bridge, fire up a second controller. Have both characters stand on the left side of the bridge so that it forms a ramp up to the ledge above. Run one of the characters up the ramp and grab the chest.
You can drop the second controller back out now, if you want.

This one is correct! You put this solution also on the peasant level. I think you made a mistake on that one. I hope I can find out what to do on that level. I used two controllers the whole peasant level and never got it.
