Can be done very easily. Best on your second playthrough of the 1st level (Swamp) after Shrek learns how to open the Big Chest.
Plug in a second controller or have someone play with you. This puzzle is located after the 2nd part of the map (when the witches appear). Its in the left-hand corner after you first use the catapult for the very first time.
Just have Puss climb on the right side and bring down the bridge. Have Shrek climb the right one and open the Big Chest.
Takes a while for achievement to unlock, I got it after walking back to main mission

+1 from me although it is the 2nd catapult not the first. The second one uses pumpkins the first uses watermelons.

simple, after breaking the wall using the catapult you will see two platforms, climb on top of the first, and use the second control to climb the wall near the second platform (use the cat). then it's only open the chest.
