Arena pack 3 - level 1 - cleaning checklist
This is the level i got the gold stamps in for captures. You have to beat the level in under 2:40.
Throw away the mop at the first enemy u see we dont need it for this strat. The goal here is not to kill enemies necessarily, just to get them out of the area while we cap. I abused the hold down triangle/y move - charged backfist. It stuns an an enemy and allows you to throw them with x + square / a + x.
Just constantly try to counter enemys then throw them or hit them with the charged backfist then throw them out of the area. After a couple attemps you should learn the layout and the fastest route to the next cap zone. And dont worry about getting hit.

I did this achievement on the same level as the other answer. I had a problem with consistently keeping enemies out of the designated area though. So I tried a different approach.
Instead of knocking enemies out the areas; I took them on with the unbreakable staff as quickly as possible. It only took like three hits on each enemy to break their structure and do a takedown. Whenever you trigger a takedown it stops the timer. So you don’t lose that much time. You can also surprise one enemy at the beginning of each fight usually, and get an instant takedown. Use your focus bar on the few elites. I think theres a fat dude and a flash kick in the level, but with the staff they fall pretty quickly. I would also use the back-forward-X attack to knock enemies back as well sometimes, to clear room for myself. I got it done with almost 10 seconds left. So there’s plenty of time for some errors. Good luck.

So I tried to do this in the previous guides with no luck until I came across the tree warden in arena 3 challenges all you have to do is stand in the checkpoint and stopping the enemies from coming into the checkpoint since the checkpoint does not move all your time will be stopping enemies and hitting those checkpoints.
My advice wait just try nd keep enemies out until u grab the bamboo weapon from enemies this is key by hitting and blocking/parrying you will be able to execute enemies left to right some in one shot some in a few hits but this is doable the target time is 2:55 but I did mine in 2:41 hope this level is suitable for this achievement as I found this one the easiest

I highly recommend the Rust Business arena.
Time for golden seals is 02:30.
On the third attempt I passed in 02.23. The enemies are all standard, without karatekas or taekwondos, just one fat guy. When you run to the penultimate point where the fat man is standing, catch the iron pipe along the way, it will help out like crazy.
