There are two story-related achievements with each boss, killing an sparing. For this one, beat the first chapter (The Squats) boss, you have to perform a take down and the setting will change and the boss will change his attack pattern after you take him down a second time you will defeat the boss and earn this achievement. For the alternate achievement of sparing, you have to avoid the second take down and continue to beath the boss. For more details look at the specific solution.
