Start Level. Go thru the gate. Fight guy at the Front Door and enter. Go straight, go thru Double Doors. Go thru RIGHT SIDE doors. Enter the doors labeled "Guesthouse". At the other end of the hall, go up stairs to your RIGHT. On 2nd Floor, turn LEFT and go to end of hall and enter door to 206 (after defeating the large enemy nearby). The Flower Key is on the shelve below the TV.
