I did the randomizer achievement a few days ago and never disabled the randomizer option. Once I disabled the randomizer and ensured Custom Mode was turned off, I unlocked the 30-stamp pack and the achievement popped.

The Arena is a TU that brings in challenge maps of varying difficulty. The game starts you off with 5 maps where you can earn a maximum of 3 stamps per map. To unlock the next set of maps you only need to earn 5 stamps across all 5 maps.
This achievement as the ratio implies in comparison to the rest of the DLC: isn't too hard. Imo the easiest ones are the first two maps: Night Call and Street Fighting Club. I got 3 stamps with little difficulty despite blitzing through the story on student.
Below are videos of "gold star" runs for each map so you can preview encounters and strategize if you would rather come in over-prepared.

Is anyone else having trouble getting this to pop? I've unlocked the arenas that required 5, 10 ,15, 20, and now 25 stamps, but haven't received the achievement. I've tried unlocking them on PC and on console. Am I missing something?
Edit: Jesus what a weird bug. So did some sleuthing on Google and found this:
"Turns out even if you are not in Custom Mode, if you had any Modifier ticked in the Arenas Main Menu (like the Randomizer that I had), the trophy will not unlock. You will have to disable everything, turn off Custom Mode and then unlock any pack to get the trophy. For anyone stumbling upon this in the future, this can make the trophy potentially missable if you have every pack unlocked, so take care."

I included this in an edited comment on S Bot 9000's guide, but wanted to post it as its own guide so it doesn't get missed.
Normally, you'd unlock this achievement simply by getting 5 stamps across the first 5 arenas challenges, then unlocking the first 5-stamp arena pack. However, this achievement currently has a bug that can (maybe?) cause this achievement to be missable.
TLDR: Ensure all modifiers are disabled (i.e. the Randomizer modifier, which was the culprit for me), turn off Custom mode, and unlock an arena pack.
If you have ANY modifier enabled, even if Custom Mode is turned off, this achievement will not unlock.
