2 things:
1. I contacted Humble Games and they got back to me really quickly. They are aware of the issue and will patch it at some future date. No ETA. So if you'd like to wait you can do that. But...
2. If you are impatient like me, I managed to unlock Achtung separately. I deleted all my saves (console and cloud), reinstalled the game and got every achievement again in one run. Going through the game a couple times was enough for me, so I used console commands this time. I followed this video to a T:
