Expire/die/become a splat on the ground/get your memory erased/bite a bullet/kick the bucket or pick your poison. (Literally.) Just go die somewhere and you’ll get this achievement.

This didn't unlock for me - despite the other death related achievement working fine as well as the 'unlock all other achievements' one. Starting a new file didn't work either.

I had to do a full deletion of my saved games through My Games and Apps and start over that way. Unlocked fine when doing that.

Just FYI incase anyone else runs into this.

You have to “die” once.
After restarting the game, there is a diagnostic window in the character menu (top right), one of the 16 slots should be filled in.
Associated with the " LÖCHER " trophy

Die once. When you die, you will see a blue screen of death, the achievement is yours.
