(Missable) This trophy is misworded a little. You do need to find 150 items, but do not need to collect any of the extra items to earn this trophy. Please go over the walkthrough and maps linked in the Roadmap for the numerous places to find items. However, earning 150 items + all 8 extra items is one of the requirements to earn Who Needs a Gun?.

We collect everything that is lying around, ammunition (pistol, shotgun, shotgun), health (first aid kits, drinks, ampoules). I did not indicate plot details, because... you won't miss them.
