How to unlock the Archivist achievement in SILENT HILL 2 - Definitive Guide

There are a total of 68 memos in the game, but you can only obtain this trophy on NG+. However, it is important that you pick up the Lost & Found Note in the Lakeview Hotel on the first floor in the Lost & Found BEFORE you start NG+, since this note is replaced with an item for the Rebirth Trophy and the trophy will be unobtainable for the current save file.

I got this in the first playthrough and didn't need to grab the new game plus memo.

Important! If you didn't collect the notes on the 1st playthrough, but decided to do it on NG+, then keep in mind that there won't be a note in the lost property office! You need to pick up the note in the safe, in the bowling alley of the pit.
