How to unlock the Let's NOT Party! achievement in SILENT HILL 2 - Definitive Guide

By natural progression and a keen pair of eyes, the player will eventually reach Room 203. Upon entering the room you'll see balloons - 11 to be precise - that spell out 'WELCOME HOME'. To obtain the trophy, you must shoot all 11 of the balloons to pop them(and the trophy).

If you're concerned about wasting ammo, you can easily make a save before you do this to ensure that no precious bullets are left behind smile

In room 207 in the apartment you need to shoot all the letter balls with a pistol - WELCOME HOME, you need 11 bullets.

The bottom left letter can be knocked down with a stick, it is the only letter that takes damage. DO NOT DO THIS! You will not get the trophy in this case.
