(Missable) To earn this trophy you need to pick up at least 100 different items in a single playthrough. It doesn't matter what you pick up as long as you're able to pick it up. Please see the walkthrough and maps listed in the Roadmap for where to find items.

Get it easily, the main thing is to collect everything that is lying around, cartridges for all types of weapons (pistol, shotgun, machine gun), batteries for a stun gun, health (first aid kits, ampoules and “Health Drinks”), beef for dogs. I didn’t mention the plot ones, because you won’t miss them)
