Silent Hill Homecoming

Easily attainable in the Nightmare level (beginning of the game).

After defeating your first swarm in the hallway of the second floor, you will enter the linen room and grab a health drink. Exit the other side of the room and turn right towards the end of the hall where the bathrooms are. On a gurney is the first photo in the game.

It would be almost impossible to get through the entire game without accidentally running into at least one photo.
