Revert is the medic of the evil side. His puke can heal teammates and hurt enemies. Just kill 25 people by puking on them. Kills are much easier when you are with another player, just stay next to them and heal them when needed and help kill anybody that shows up. Odds are you'll get the kill because the puke is continuous damage.

EDIT: Thanks to - Dom2096,
If you take the "puke damage" perk while selecting the Revert this gets MUCH easier. You'll be able to kill a human with about 1/2 your energy bar.

I know this comment is very late, but I wanted to let anyone who is still going for the achievement/haven't started the game to know the exact information.

The exact name of the Perk is "Nausea" ("Puke does more damage." is the exact description).

It's the fourth/last Perk listed in the first Perk Slot listed for the Revert.

The second Perk slot has three Perks listed (in this order):

1. "Sprinter" (Increases your sprint duration.

2. "Increased Speed" (Increases movement speed.)

3. "Fast Recharge" (Recharges TMD and creature energy faster.)

I would also recommend using both the "Nausea" (first Perk slot) AND the "Fast Recharge" (second Perk slot) when playing as the Revert.

While playing as a Revert , hold down

to loose a gushing torrent of vomit on anyone unfortunate enough to be downstream from you. The attack is very powerful, slows the enemy down, and partially blinds them, meaning that you shouldn't have any trouble getting this trophy. You might have trouble keeping your lunch down, however.

Suggested Layout:
Type:Revert
Perk: Nausea
Perk: Fast Recharge

To puke, press and hold . This also heals your team, but you're going for an achievement and not being a team player, so don't heal them if you want to save your energy for the enemy. You can also puke up proximity mines with which is instant kills to soldiers, but that doesn't count for this achievement.
