After you get the Deadlock ability you will soon arrive in a sewer area where you need to turn a wheel to open a big door at the end of the room. This will release several of the small ticker like enemies that explode.
Before you turn the wheel, stand by it and fire a deadlock across the room at the door. Turn the wheel, and the enemy will run through and straight into the deadlock.
Run over and Impulse all of them in one go. Die or reload checkpoint and repeat a few more times, done in about 5 mins. You'll also get the Impulse x20 Kill achieve too if you havn't already.

I found it better to turn the wheel then set the deadlock run up and hit the(rb) impulse button hope this helps with the achievement
