The VP Treatment
Possess a soldier, then shoot another soldier in the face (public match)

How to unlock the The VP Treatment achievement in Singularity - Definitive Guide
Use a tick and possess an enemy, then shoot a player on the enemy team in the head, a shot just has to hit his head. You do not have to kill him by head shot.
EDIT: Thanks to - ThisBloodIsTrue,
The achievement doesn't unlock if you shoot the player you possessed in the face, once he spawns again. It has to be a different player.

Once you take over someone they are dead. You cannot shoot the same person you posses.

The best way to do this achievement is to first possess a soldier using a Phase Tick. Once you have control of a soldier, the key trick to making this easier is to use the assault rifle or the pistol, aim down the sights and land head shots on the enemy.
Do not try this with a shotgun! While it may be possible, it's much harder to get the achievement this way, and even if you get headshot kills with it, the achievement may not pop. If you end up possessing a soldier that has a shotgun, just switch to your pistol and aim down the sights.

You posses a soldier using a Tick. The Right Trigger (RT) ability will pounce on a near human and take control of them. After gaining control of one, run up to another human on the other team and shoot them in the face.
NOTE: A kill is not needed if you just shoot one time in the head the achievement will still unlock even i a kill is not acquired.

If it's good enough for Cheney, it's good enough for you. Once you've posessed a soldier with a Phase Tick, use that soldier to get a headshot on another solider. Act quick though, because they tend to take captured soldiers seriously and focus their attacks on you.

Once you have possessed a soldier (see "In Yo Face" achievement description) you have taken on whatever class and perks that were chosen. When you're killing the real soldiers (they still see your name in red and can kill you too) try your best to make the last shot a head shot. This achievement won't unlock just for shooting a soldier in the head, a death must result.

An easy trophy.
Do the same as in the In Yo Face trophy, only this time make sure there are at least two enemies. Having completely captured the enemy, taking away all his health, you will begin to control him. As soon as you gain control, shoot the enemy standing nearby in the face. Usually there is enough time for aiming. It is not necessary to kill, the main thing is to hit the face (head). It didn’t work out right away, but you can definitely do it later.
