Later in the envy fight when you are fighting Levin Undok and Levin Indok at the same time they will both spin in circles throwing lightning in all directions, if you stand as far away from both of them as you can at this point in the fight they will eventually do the attack making it easy to dodge with how far you are (axes left behind from Levin Indok will also block lightning).
