How to unlock the Redeemed achievement in SINNER: Sacrifice for Redemption - Definitive Guide

After defeating each boss, you are promted to press cn_LT to redeem it.
Once you do that, for the first time, you'll unlock the achievement.

Yes, but you can repeat bosses by fighting them again and picking the other option if you want.
