Once you've completed a puzzle (it will have a check next to it in the puzzle list), open it back up and reset it from the in-puzzle menu.

After completing a puzzle, go back to the menu. Select a puzzle that you completed (it will have a green check mark) and select it to see the completed puzzle again. Select the Reset option and select it again to reset the puzzle and earn this trophy.

Immediately after My Masterpiece (10G) unlocks, press button-menu.png and select ‘RESET’ to clear all the answers to the puzzle.
