The Parkade is the Parking Lot from skate 1.
The Best Trick competition unlocks after completion all film and photo challenges. It's a three round jam where best trick on each of the three obstacles counts towards your final score (by this point I assume you know how the competitions work).
It's not difficult at all, all three obstacles are fairly easy to rack up over 1k on and the highest I've seen the AI get was 1,100 (on the first obstacle)
All you need to do is come first!
