Just change your skater's gender by pressing (in game) start>edit skater>body mods>gender.

A relatively easy achievement. Create a character, which includes choosing a gender. Upon entering the free skate world, hit start, go down to edit skater, click body mods, hit gender, and switch it to the other one. The achievement will pop upon completion. You're then free to switch back if you'd like.

Edit your skater in the start menu, once you have changed your gender, click confirm and trophy will pop.

While in career press to pause the game, then go to edit skater, and then change your skaters gender. The achievement will pop up once you save your character.

In Career Mode, pause the game and select "Edit Skater". There, change the gender and after you save the character, the trophy will open.
