Press y to get off your board, then RB next to a movable item to grab it. You will do this in the tutorial part, to get into slappy's park.

You will be asked to do this in the tutorial when attempting to access Slappy's SkatePark. Hold and move the dumpster when asked.

You will receive it during training. You will need to move the container to get into Slappy's SkatePark. Just pinch when asked and move the container to reveal this trophy.
