This is fairly easy and there is a quick way of doing this. Simply call Big then as soon as he's there bring up your phone, go to services and "dismiss Big". He will leave right then. SImply call him back and follow the same steps 10 times. Should only take about 3 minutes.

You forgot to mention that it costs $500 in the game each time to call in his services. You will need to save $5,000 to complete this achievement.
