How to unlock the Perfectionist achievement in Skate 2 - Definitive Guide

For this achievement, you must complete all tranny and street contests and gain both covers and beat all deathraces as well. These are the main components that I used to get this achievements. You may also need both properties and finish both demos for your sponsor team for the achievement as well. To be safe, finish everything as much as you can. Pro challenges and the Team Film challenges are NOT required for the achievement.

I did everything but buy the Mega Skatepark property and I do not have this achievement. Unfortunataly I can not buy the Mega Skatepark yet :(, dunno why

I did not do the film challenges from the phone, after two phone challenges and some other challenges it finally unlocked.

I got this achievement once i beat.

Hall of Meat
All team film challenges
Pro
Throwdown
Own all Spots
Bonus Challenges
Both Magazines

The ones that i dont think are required are the pro challenges and throwdown. Some people unlock it without different thinks but usually you need the ones i put.

No offence to the other solutions but all 3 of them say "I dont think you need"
I can confirm that the ONLY things you need to complete for this achievement is;

Beat Both Magazines
Beat all Death Races
Beat all Film Challenges
Beat all Tranny and Street Contests

I did everything you said and it didnt unlock until I bought the monster clubhousefor 200k

To unloock this achievement, you must have beaten both magazines, the San Van slamma, the Gvr, and all the team film vids, i also completed both Rob Dyrdek and danny Ways challenges first, but i dont think it is required

Requirements:

+ Get both magazine covers
+ Get all sponsors
+ Complete all of Danny Way's Challenges
+ Complete all of Rob's Challenges
+ Beat all Tranny Contests
+ beat all Street Contests
+ purchased both properties
+ Win all Deathraces
+ Completed all Demos for your board sponsor,
+ Team challenges "Streety Mcstreet" and "Air BLAOW!"

To achieve this in your career, you need to do everything you can. This includes covers on both stores, all sponsors, completing all Danny Way's Challenges, completing all Rob's Challenges, completing all Tranny Contests, completing all Street Contests, buying all houses, all Death Races, everything sponsor demons for your board, purchase Monster Clubhouse, and complete the last two Team Film Challenges: Air Blaow! and "Streety McStreet Street." After you complete all this, the trophy will open.
