After downloading the DLC and starting the game, pause and go to Challenge Map > Downloaded > Spawn Points > Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Plaza. If you haven't played the DLC before, you will be moved to the roof after the cutscene. Otherwise, go up the ramp, turn right and go all the way up the stairs to get to the roof.
Straight ahead after coming up the stairs is a hole in the roof with green rails around it. Place a maker just in case, then do an ollie to clear the rails and go through the hole onto the office. Achievement unlocked!

If you go on top of Rob's building you should see some green rails with a square hole in the middle of them. Just ollie over the rails and you should get the achievement.

Head to the roof of the "Fantasy Factory" and goto the right hand side corner. You will see a whole with bright green rails, ollie through the whole and the achievement will unlock.
