Easy way, when you're in game, press the back button>create-a-spot>editor, make a spot, save and exit, and voila :)

you have to save and upload, then exit....I saved and exited like that says and had to go back and redo.

Such an easy solution and still you mess it up lol. Like dUcefive said: You have to save and UPLOAD instead of save and exit...

Press when in the career menu, select create-a-spot. Follow the quick tutorial and create your spot, then upload it.

During your career, click and select the "create-a-spot" option. The game will tell you how to create your own “point” and after you load it the trophy will open.
